What is up with Surfside tonight?

Just set the crab traps at #5 and now sitting in bumper to bumper traffic going to the bridge. I've seen it busy before but nothing like this. I always go late on Sunday to avoid this garbage. This is highly unusual. Does any one KNOW what is going on?
