Have you always lived in the area? I live in a high Humidity area and don't notice it while others that come visit complains about it. With that said I don't have it in my house. I think you need to look at your suction ducting and make sure you are not pulling air from the attic. Google how to find air leaks in your house and see if there's something you haven't tried yet.
