    Gemsbok hunts in the panhandle!

We have a few great gemsbok bulls we are looking to take this summer or fall. Located in the panhandle, these hunts include great meals, lodging and game care along with your trophy bull.
    $6000 on gemsbok.
Several other species of exotics available as well. Give me a call, text or PM for info or to book. 806 206 3289.

Beautiful animals! I never really noticed their tails until now. Is their meat comparable to elk or totally different? I’ve been threatening to pull the trigger on an elk hunt “next year”. Well, we’re six months into “next year” And I have a decision to make.

Totally different.. Much better than Elk IMO.. If you want a Gemsbok bull these are about as good as they get.. No affiliation, just what I see.. And I have mounted a bunch of these and killed one.

Why do shoulder mounts generally run on those?

Price varies with quality but $950-$1050 can get you quality..

Much closer to beef than elk. Very neutral flavor with less tough texture than elk. I love elk, but would eat oryx over it any day.

We are getting some rifle stands going for the first time in about 10yrs. Kind of excited about shooting again, mainly non-trophy stuff because I still really prefer archery but man, I think I could go either way on a Gemsbok...rifle or bow. It sure doesn't hurt that they taste good!

They taste great but those are some expensive steaks.
They are some darn pretty animals and mounts though. Good luck on the hunts!
