Class A guys...need advice on HR Endeavor

Looking at a 2000 HR Endeavor 40', 7.2, 6spd Allison, Air ride/brakes, 80k, 7.5 Onan QD with 1726hrs. Test drive went good, I went about 25 miles or so, easy to drive. The dash AC does not blow cold, the gen works good and the 2-15k roof units worked good, 1 appeared new. It needs some cosmetic work, a set of tires as these were made in 09. No leaks that I could see, suspension seemed tight, the slide seemed to work good. There was some separation at roof line or rather below the curve of the roof/corner at the front top corner. I did not see any leak indication on interior. I put a deposit on it, I will be going back next Saturday to either buy or keep looking. Going to try and find a inspector to check it out. Its easy to like this RV, what I see wrong is an easy fix especially with the price its at 25k OBO.
It has some exterior damage from scrapes which is an easy cheap fix for me. I get dealer price on tires, so they should not be all that bad $$ wise. Some of the interior lights did not work but most did. I did not get a chance to go through the water/tanks etc. This was unit that was just brought in for consignment. From what I understand the owners or older, he passed and wife does not use it. It was just at a shop that went through it before bringing to the dealer. I have their number/guys name to talk to Monday. I got under it and looked at motor/tranny and no sign of leaks, looked about like a 20 year motor should. I did see anything out of ordinary. **** I am trying to stay objective here, but I want this one. It had no issues getting to 75 when getting on 35

I think that has a cat motor right? Least of your worries will probably be motor and tranny. Just keep in mind cat is no longer making on road motors so not sure if parts are getting harder to find. It's a 20 year old RV so something will always be broken or need of repair. Also think about how you plan to use it, allot of places require your rv to be 10 years old or less.
