Eagle, hawk raven or magpie.
If it's eagle or hawk they're neat til the fledglings come out then you'll get dive bombed by the parents.

Yup, I've seen both parents hanging around my yard but it wasn't till recently I saw them carrying nesting material. I live in Bee Cave on 1 acre and they built in a tree right by the road, it's almost right over my mail box. I think there are eggs as there is most times a bird on the nest but no noises. Unfortunately, this is the only small opening I can see the nest in. There is a tree I can put a ladder against while still keeping some distance and maybe get a better view but I will wait until there are chicks.
