ADVICE: Double H Boots and Twisted X

I’ve worn both and find the Twisted X to be more comfortable but the Double H are more durable. I wear my regular twisted x mocs almost daily when I’m off work and I love them. Work boots are another story. I wear them out way too quick.

Glad to repeatedly hear DH is tough built. Comfort is good but I'm exclusively looking for something to beat the crap out of right now, so this is good to hear

I had poor luck with a pair of Twisted X. Heal wore out within 6 months, but they were very comfortable. I'm on my third set of Double H and have had great luck with them on the longevity/comfort side. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I wouldn't leave out Redwing as you shop around.

Another confirmation for DH. I will keep redwing in mind for the future, right now I'm wearing western boots but if i get to the point where i need something else I'll definitely be checking them out. DH's supposed to be here today.

Anywhere local to try on the DH?

I only wear Twisted X anymore. They are super comfortable and I will wear the soles out before any of the rest of the boot. For me it is all about comfort as I can war any boot out in a year.

Im with you. Im on my feet welding all day everyday and I will take comfort all day long. All I have worn for the last 10 years is twisted x.

Anywhere local to try on the DH?

Cavenders. Boot Barn could be a possibility too but haven't been. Cavenders always has pairs as far as I have seen.
