    Trying to setup a covert

I just got a covert in last week. First one. I went and created an account on the secure site for payment, camera and SIM card info. Etc. that seems to work and can still access that site. I can't login on the app or the website. I've contacted them by email and they said that they see the problem and getting with the app developers to fix. Doesn't sound right to me. Does everyone have that problem an I missing some connection steps on the camera? Or on the secure site? Anyone experienced this?

I’m fairly certain I have a separate log in for the app vs the pay/plan website. Also you can access all the controls of the app from the web version.

Okay so here is where you select your plan.

And here is where you manage your cams via the web portal. The app does the same thing.

Did that. Set up the plan first. Same login information for plan site won't gain me access on the manage cam site. Login fails. If I try to sign up on the manage plan it takes me back to the setup your plan site.

Frustrating. Surely everyone doesn't have this problem trying to set one up. So I think I've gotta be doing something wrong but can't figure it out. Have to wait to see if they can fix it I guess

I have a different log in for each one. I do this because I own the plan, payment, etc. My partner has the log in for the app to view pictures. Basically we share it so I made a generic password to give him.

Got an email this afternoon. Login works now. I'll start trying to figure it out the settings this week

Never contact them by email. Use the chat function of their website and you’ll get answers in minutes.
