I thought I still had a picture of a Great Plains Rat Snake I caught but I guess I don't. Western Hognose Snakes get about 3 feet long at the most. That snake appears to be about 5 feet in length. Although they have similar markings on their head that's way too big to be a Hognose and not the right markings or coloration for a Bullsnake.

Good snake, turn it loose. It’ll do a lot more good alive than it would dead.
