    Last year I made tomato sauce and canned it. Man it sure is good to add to homemade soup. Time consuming but good for sure.

      When the fruit is ripe you have to can what you can't eat right away. I make 150 to 200 pints a year of picante. Plus spaghetti sauce and canned tomatoes.

              That is real fine looking garden grown salsa Joe H, and bet it tastes better than it looks. Several spoons of that last “cooking down” pic need to land right on top of my scrambled cheese eggs.
