I use factory Kawasaki oil filters and oil in my Gravley. Fairly cheap on Amazon and I know it’s correct. I’ve seen aftermarket oil filters and cheap oil burn up enough engines.

Just run the Kawasaki 10w30, and a Kawasaki filter to make it easy should you need a warranty repair done.

My 26 hp B&S calls for 15W50 for anything from 20 degrees to well over 100 degrees. That should cover the Texas weather.
