We had a 40x60x12, 3:12 roof, 20x60 lean-to w/concrete, 2 1/2" closed cell foam, 2 12x12 doors, 1 10x12 door, 1 3x7 door, 6 2x2 windows, 5" post tension slab. I had a beam added for a loft I'll build at a later date. We also had it plumbed for a full bathroom and wet bar. With the electric and water ran to the building (300') I'm all in at $74000.
