Running your AC and a few lights you will be fine. Just don’t run the microwave or hot water heater at the same time. This will cause the circuit you are plugged into to trip.

If I want to run the A.C. in my travel trailer will it run with the 110 adapter?

Realize that that you will be at 115V no matter what (all 115). The choke point is are you running a small gauge adapter 15-20 amp adapter (and cord-set), rather than a full 30 amp cord.

I wouldn't run the AC on a 30 to 15/20 adapter, it will struggle, and/or you will overheat the adapter, and in an overheat situation, the heat will increase the resistance, and snowball from there. If you are plugged into a 15 amp outlet you will trip the ckt breaker. The only time I use an adapter is the cool the fridge.
