Question about building across lot lines

Just make sure there are no easements that run with the lot line.
If there are you will need to get them released before you start building

Only problem I see is if you want a homestead exemption. We bought 6.46 acres with 2 plots and they are only going to give us and exemption of 1 acre where our house sits. Not sure what they would have done if the house had straddles the property lines between the 2 plotted properties.
