        Great to read how happy folks are.

        One of our nephews sold them in college, now his younger brother does. We bought 2 and await delivery.

        One is the Santuko trimming knife. I’m hoping it makes removing the silver off elk meat less of a chore.

              We have a set of cutco steak knives and I almost cut my finger off with one opening up a box. Good knifes

                        I agree. When the guy came out to the house for sharpening, he was more interested in getting us to buy more Cutco products than he was in sharpening our knives. When he left they were sharper than they were before he got there, but factory sharpening makes them as good as new.

                          I have one I use to butcher. I also have two JA Henkles. The Henkles are better.

                            I like Japan Blades for the kitchen...Mac Pro is what I settled on.

                            Edge Pro by Apex keeps them sharp. Use a chopping block & not a cutting board to help keep them sharper longer.

                              I like my cutco knives except for the trimming knife. I honestly think they sent me a steak knife.

                                Have the double edge on my orange handled hunter......have cleaned double digit deer and it’s still extremely razor sharp. Seems like it would go through another 20 easy. Only knife I’ve ever used that doesn’t require sharpening between animals to be as effective on the 2nd or 3rd as it was on the 1st.
