Help with downloading hunting video on website

I have a hunting advertisement for a buddy that I need to get on his website. I edited the footage in Sony Vegas and burned it to a DVD for him to review. My question is how do I get it from the disc to his website? (He is the webmaster and has the ability to change his website) Thanks in advance.

I think you need to save it as a video file first (MPEG, WMA, WMV, etc). Then he can just upload it to his website and add the link to it. You should be able to select an option that lets you save the movie as a specific "type".
