Do you have good medical care in your area??

Sounds like you had good first responders & maybe getting to the PD produced a quicker flight to where he needed to be...I'm a firm believer that certain things happen for a reason & God can turn the idiots / devils work into a blessing.

The people he calls friends aren’t very good people obviously. The two that dropped him off were more worried that they were going to get in trouble than helping him. Luckily the ems station was right behind the PD.
