I know it is short notice but figured it was worth a shot. Im looking for a axis hunt this weekend. Not much time so will be rifle only and doesn't need to be anything fancy. If you know anyone that could get me in short notice please let me know. Im leaving Houston in the morning headed for runnels county so anything between runnels and Houston on my way back would work.

There's a guy down near Comfort, Texas that does axis hunts. You'll have to look him up on craigslist but he posts all the time. I met his son and they seem like nice people and I know that they have a LOT of animals on their property. I'm pretty sure they host year round.Comment

Do a TBH search for axis hunt in comfort and you will probably see a lot of info about that guy.
