I am getting into the Austin Fire Department and need ideas on places to stay in south austin, or buda. If anyone has ideas please let me know as my finances are limited since I already own a house and have a family. Travel trailers for sale, cheap apts. extended stay hotel rooms... any suggestions or contacts would be greatly appreciated... -

Congratulations on the new job.
Check craigslist.com for Austin if you're not already. Not knowing your start date, if you can wait until UT students leave for the summer, there should be many summer sublet rentals available, students who had to sign a full year lease and will not be there for 3 months and trying to recoup some denaro for the summer.Comment
