We had some lobster cargot when we were in Lake Tahoe over NYE this past year and loved it. I Got home and bought some of the little pans (not needed but kinda cool). Did a little surf and turf with some back strap last night. I forgot garlic bread so had to roll with hamburger buns but still good to soak up all the butter and garlic. It will definitely be on the regular rotation from now on. Wife made some banana nut bread for dessert. The Quarantine 15 is real.
