    Electrical lines for campers

Our group has 3 campers and power pole is 150' away. Currently, 1 guy has 10/2 running to his camper, which has a box for 4 plugs. What size line would we need to run to a box 150' away to split 3 ways for campers (assuming each camper requires 30 amp)?

    90A @ 150 feet is 1/0 copper, 3/0 aluminum.

Sounds like it would be cheaper running 2 more 10/2 lines?

#10 isn't big enough to run 30 amps that far. Wire size should be 4 copper or 3 aluminum. Its the distance that's costly.

^^^^^ This is correct. 150’ is way too far to run #10 for a 30amp 120V circuit.

Would 6/2 be good enough, mainly just run a space heater and ac unit in the summer. Im ok not running AC and microwave at the same time.

6/2 is good for 20a at 150 feet.
