My first thought was lacy. What do you know about the parents?

Labs can have white or light colored spots on feet and chest and they are accepted by AKC for registration.
Looks like a good cat pup to me. Might make a good mt lion dog.

Catahoula on the right parent. Some type of mix on left.

But pup does look like a possible Lacy to me.

As breeder of registered catahoulas since the 80's the breed is suffering from some issues. People still like to say that any medium sized spotted dog is a catahoula. It is just not true. There are nearly 30 breeds that carry the merle gene which leads the color. Improvements in DNA testing has pretty much proven that most of these unregistered spotted dogs are not catahoulas. Nothing wrong with that. My guess is the dog on the right might be a catahoula. The one of the left is some sort of a mix. Probably involving lacy. That is why I asked what do we know about the parents. It would go a long way in figuring this out. In all of my years of breeding catahoulas I know of one legit litter that produced pups of this color.
