    String help!

Here goes it's my first post.

Looking for anyone who uses or has info about First String (bow strings). Tried looking up their site and no luck. Just added a new sight, rest, and need strings to finish off before my hog hunt. Any ideas would be great.

And thanks to all for the ideas and stories you post this forum is addictive.

    Welcome to the site!!
Don't know about "First Strings" though. Lots of good strings out there.
What part of the world are you in? Many good string makers around this state and probably most states also.

All Star in Lewisville, them folks are great.
They should have the strings you need or they can order you a set.

            Welcome to the fire...

If you can't find the stings you are looking for, check out Winners Choice as well. Great strings.

There are many good brands out there. Winners Choice, Pro Strings, Vapor Trail, Bucknasty, to name a few.
I live in Dallas and go to North Texas Archery in Farmersville for most of my needs. Including Fay's custom strings. I have a set on my SB XT and love'em...
And not saying anything bad about All Star. Real good shop right there.
Also, more would have jumped on the welcome band wagon if your first post was "I'm new here"...
Hang in there and you'll find the greatest group of people on the WWW. I've found leases, been invited on hunts, had equipment handed over to me on the side of the road to try out w/o money being exchanged, found out more than I ever thought on archery, guns, picking up women (that's a joke if my wife sees it) and life in general.
Asked for and prayed with many, met after work for a beer/Dr Pepper, been accepted and rejected...
As many have said, "you get out of this site what you put in"!!

But it's purdy! I got lime green writing on my arrows, lime green fletchings and nocks. Heck, even the circle around my sights is lime green. Gotta match.
