Anyone else dizzy from spring allergies & dust???

Got back from an active weekend at the ranch and my head's been spinning all day. Can't sleep it off, either. Not pleased because I don't like to nap and I can't drink my pints at night. If I remember correctly, oak in the spring usually gets me spinning pretty good....

Allegra D and Singular!!

Allegra D will keep you awake and alert. But some people have trouble sleeping on it, they will usually take the 12 hour Allegra d during the day and the 12 hour plain Allegra at night. The Singular takes a bit to work. I take Allegra D 24 most of the time and have to add the Singular some in the spring and always in the fall.

News this evening said the oak pollen was extremely high.... and will be until the rains get here. I didn't know I was allergic to oak, but I'm really hoping what I am feeling is allergies! Can't be sick this week!

Best thing would be a nasal steroid and an antihistamine such as Omnaris and Xyzal.

A few of us went to the lease a few weeks ago and we all came back feeling bad. The wind was blowing hard making it very dusty and I don't know if the cedars are pollinating but that messes me up too. Allegra D and Nasonex help me.

I also wear a high grade mask when kicking up dust on the tractor, shreadding, or clearing brush.

Saves a lot of hacking, runnny nose, itchy eyes.

Also wash your face every time you go to the can.

My wife and I have been fighting this stuff for a few weeks now. My contribution to the drug companies should be considered a stimulus to the economy. Please bring us to rain to wash away some of this pollen.

at my age dizziness could be from anything.....lol
