              I worked for Owens Country Sausage back in the 70’s and the sausage is made out of old hogs ( 350# plus ).

                            You could get close on weight by knowing the length of. Since your dad is standing so close to it. There are some charts on the web that have a length to weight conversion that will get you within 20lbs

                            Where in Houston County? I hunt a couple places around there.

                              My wife's Dad is 6' or 6'1" and he doesn't appear to be standing too far behind the hog.

                              Their place is near the Houston/Anderson County line between Grapeland and Elkhart .
