Not sure where it was posted at but, it is 2012 State HWY 97 Floresville. The apparent owners name was Roy. Looking to lease for 16k, 900 acres. Thanks

Yeah I know the guy. There is some deer and hogs, not sure it’s worth 16k but it’s close to town and I’ve seen some 130 inch type deer chasing does during the rut. Hope that helps. Maybe you can use the old promised land dairy as a bunk house. Lol.

Looks like mostly open fields with perhaps the San Antonio river as your hunting area.
I drive past there a lot but can't say I have seen any dead deer on the roads which is usually a good indication of fall deer activity on a busy hwy like that.

Unless he had 2 places in the area I don’t think that’s it. He was off 791 south of Falls City. My lease is just a mile or 2 from his old place.

And to the op that’s pretty steep per acre for the area unless it has bunkhouse/fishing or other amenities.
