Lazy Boy Repair

Father in law has a power chair where one feature stopped working. Lazy boy is no help. Any idea where to get it repaired or what to look at?

Take the handheld apart and clean the contacts. That was the problem my mothers had anyway. Hers hadnt been used in a couple of years.
