Buying a pistol online question?

I have never bought a new pistol or rifle for that matter from a gun shop. I have several that I bought from friends and here on tbh.
I bought 2 IN STOCK pistols 11 working days ago for the store. They had my FFL info the same day to ship it.

Question: How long should it take them to get it out?

Unless they’re working very limited hours they should have it out next day. That’s just my personal expectations with shipping. I’d call them and ask if it’s been a few days.

They are probably overloaded right now. Under different circumstances it would only take a week or so but this Covid stuff has them all running behind I think. My gun guy is a friend of mine and he says all his orders are late. Lots of folks buying guns. Ain’t it grand ?

I know many vendors have been warning about delays in order processing due to volume and Corona. That being said I've never had an in stock firearm not ship to my FFL within 5 business days. Did your vendor give any indication of when to expect items to ship? Who is the vendor?

Call them and ask for a tracking number(s). I’ve always received my orders within 2-3 days. Things are just not normal right now.

I've had Bud's take a couple months before for an "in stock" gun.

I would ping them for an update, 2 weeks is plenty unless they specifically said that wait times were more than that. I tend to stick to well known vendors for this reason. I hope you got a great deal.

I semi collect Walthers PPQ, PPS, P99, PPX That kinda stuff in 9mm just cause I like them. They had a NIB Creed for $269. Cheapest one I ve seen. Also got a PPQ P22 M2
