Scuba divers and snorkelers will spit in their mask and wipe it around the lens to prevent fogging. Might be worth a try.

I ve seen scuba divers spit on the inside of their mask and rub it in with their fingers?

That's what we used to do and I'm about ready to try it!

Vicks vapor-rub

Take the smallest dab of any liquid dish soap and rub it on until it disappears. You will have to rub it in for a minute or two. Wipe any excess off with a paper towel after a minute or so. Done. Works for glasses, goggles, scuba mask and scba mask.

Baby shampoo is what we used to use scuba diving. It will break the surface tension like other soaps or spit but will not burn your eyes and a lot less icky than spit. lol. I am sure they have some purpose made stuff available for scuba diving that would work for you.

Got the same issue. Guess I will try the shaving cream tonight. Hope it works with the gel type.

I'm going to try the liquid hand soap in the shop bathroom. If that don't work, we're spittin on em.
