Awesome. If you fried up tail meat and it was chewy/tough, it was overcooked.

Yup I noticed that. The pieces I fried a shorter time were much better.

One thing that I noticed that was weird was that the meat smelled like Fruit Loops when I was prepping it. Weird stuff.

Turkey is on the menu tonight!
