Who does them or what system do i need? All windows and doors, maybe a "smart "system? Good local or low monthly service? In Arlington if you know someone and input if you like your system...Thanks!

I installed the Ring System throughout the house. It was simple to install, works with the Ring Door Bell and there is no monthly contract or fee unless you want it monitored ($10, I think). We have contacts on every door and widow with cameras inside and out. The cameras allow for two way talk as well. I wanted a low cost or no monthly system after I had two bad experiences with customer service with ADT and DFW Secruity and their contract practices.

It also works with our door lock, which has been awesome to have. We can lock / unlock the door for anyone, use different codes for contractors / cleaning crews, check the status of the lock, and use the key pad ourselves so we don't have a carry a key. All of these features (Alarm, Cameras, Lock) within one app. Overall I am very happy with the system.

If I didnt already have a system installed and got my monthly monitoring cost down to $15 a month, I would go with Simply Safe.

For what you pay for equipment it pays off quickly in what you save monthly.
