With all of this covid19 downtime. Anyone on here bored, with any interest in doing some editing for fun. I've got a decent amount of video from my sons last 2 seasons of football that I would like a highlights done. Games are already edited to approximately 15 minutes each, I am just wanting his plays done.

Download a cheap or free software and have at it yourself. Filmora is what my wife uses. She said it was free. Video editing can be a long and arduous process, and having someone else do it for you, may not be what your vision is. Add the large file sizes, having to send the files back and forth, plus dropbox and everything else, you are creating a time consuming project for free.
I do some very down and dirty editing, and the editing process is way more time consuming than the filming process. I hire it out 90 percent of the time.
A five minute edited video might cost me $100 to have clipped and output.
