Go with a no hole solution if possible

Is the tool box sitting on the rails or in the bed floor? J-hooks may be the answer to both. Over the rails is easy. If you're mounting it to the floor, and you have tied down anchors in the side of the bed, drill a hole in the side of tool box and catch those with the J hook.

Got r dun. I put an eye bolt on each side and used a turn buckle to hold in place.

            Thanks for the suggestions.

UWS is the only toolbox I'll ever own. They are twice as thick as every other brand and look way better and are just a step above the rest in quality.

But you'd have to remove the bed bars, and it probably wouldn't fit snug, it would overhang a bit, and you shouldn't have to drill through anything but the toolbox. There are plenty of options available on Deezee's website.
