I’ve been working from home which is an adjustment for me. I’m used to being out and about in our plant working on projects and scale up production trials. However, extra time with family has been good particularly with my oldest about to enter college this coming fall.

Not much positive for me. I still have to get out and work so I try to be safe, can't just drop into Academy, or HEB and now Walmart without standing outside while the knuckleheads on the inside talk on their phone and take there time shopping. Can't stop and get a bite to eat at any of my favorite Mom & Pop restaurants, no meeting up with friends for a beer. Because of the uncertainty of my income can't afford to spend money on materials for some projects I want to do. Can't even go to church. Nope nothing positive out of this BS.

Haha, me too. Been telling everyone "see, I was the one living the right way the whole time". I dont work in the house ( thank God ) but my shop is on my home property and we are a bit out in the woods. I am working normal hours, though I am nearly out of work and expect to be twiddling my thumbs before the end of the week.

When I do have to deliver parts or pick up material Im enjoying the lack of traffic. I do miss eating out.

Mike, have you thought about subbing work from the defense industry? We're still running 6 days a week. Something you may want to check into brother.

Yep. No need to sweat it or worry about what we can’t control, it’s all in God’s hands. I think he’s slowing us down and giving us perspective on our busy lives. He’ll provide, he always has.

That God is still moving! My 18 year old son who will be leaving in the fall to go play tight end for Wayland Baptist University just got back with his girlfriend. She is an awesome girl and Loves the Lord big time. We are so glad to have her back amongst our family. In all things give Thanks for the Lord our God is Good and worthy of our praise! This too shall pass!

Still working as normal but its been nice to spend time with the family. Traffic was nonexistent when we drove to the lease a couple of weeks ago. I am looking forward to hanging out at a brewery with my buddies when all this is over.

Did Yoga with the wife, cleaned the house, shot my new VXR 200 times. Also, my son is shooting his bow more than ever. Gone fishing a few times. My daughter is home from Texas State. Netflix up the hoo haw!!

You guys doing anything somewhat out of the norm?

I’m still working but they put us on a 7 on-7 off schedule. I’ve spent a lot of time with the family and got some small projects done around the house. We did this together yesterday and today.

Still working but we pretty much just stay at the house now. Not really out of the norm but I try and focus on God every day, I know he's in control. My heart's desire is a closer relationship with him every day.

Our daughter is 16 and she's liking not having to go to school and my wife is an elementary teacher. My wife is really missing her students but its been good having her and my daughter home all day. We are enjoying that part, mixed in with a lot of Hulu and Netflix.

I too just got a new Mathews VXR 31.5 and I've been shooting that sucker every day. I enjoy shooting and tinkering...I'm loving this new bow.

This is a very good positive thread. Thanks for posting it, very much needed. Myself spending time isolated in our rural setting with plenty of chores to keep me busy. Getting quality time in with my partner for life, achieved 37 years on April 2nd (thanks to her lol).
