      I’ve got multiple diameters of 10’ pup joint tubing in various weights. I’ve got one filled with sand to add a little extra weight, and I do squats and presses with it. Have to do high repetition as it’s still only 120ish lbs. I’ve got another I use for curls. Then pull ups, chin ups, and push ups. Everything high repetition.

        Well, I just lifted a 12 oz. bottle about five times, now it's empty, going to have to go to the fridge and get another, about another five lifts coming here shortly.

                  Do a few push-ups and crunches and stay as active as I can in the yard. It's clearly not enough to offset my poor eating habits, but I guess it's better than nothing. I keep saying that next year I'm going to start exercising for real, but 15 years later here we are! LOL

                        Athleanx just released a home workout. Been doing that, plus running about 3 to 6 miles every day, mixing in some extra handstand pushup work, hill sprints( found 1 park with a good enough hill) or heavy pack work.

                                Luckily I had invested in a sandbag collection and weight vest prior to the pandemic. I follow along with Bruteforce and their daily workouts, as well and riding my road bike on the stationary trainer to get the longer cardio sessions in.
