Who do you have your home internet with?

Suddenlink and I are about to part.

Either the cable box is bad, or they have me throttled.

Average download speed is 4 mb and upload is 20 mb.

Seems I have to reboot the box at least once a week, however, this week is a no go on improvement.

This happened before, they came out, and test showed serious db loss. Got a new line ran to their box, inside I got a power booster, and on their main box that feeds everyone's home it was adjusted. Service was incredible for about 2 weeks.

I use Western Broadband. Out of Leander I think. I hit a tower towards Liberty Hill.

I use Suddenlink here. I see a lot of complaints around here w reliability, but mine has been pretty good. I get 65-75 MBPS DL speed. What I hate about them is always having to fight over monthly charges. Seems like they go up every month. They are to only ones I can get where I live w decent speed

suddenlink for me. sucked and never got advertised speeds until i went out and bought my own router.

Suddenlink combines the cable box with the cable modem. But what I'm referring to is the box, container, or what ever you'd like to call it that is outside that the coax is being run from my house to.
