Austin area job opening - Java programmer

Don't normally use this avenue when I hear of something....but given the job climate...I want to try to help folks out.

A vendor I know is looking for a contract Java programmer. they're looking for someone with a good (long) job history (i.e. the previous contractor bailed after a month and the client is ****** thus they want someone who will see the project to completion)

I don't know the rate or the length of the contract but I can find out....PM if interested
