I got a small piglet last night and have it on ice just chillin. Now I need to figure out how to cook it. Skinned and cleaned, with no head of feet.
It's only about 10 pounds and I don't have a smoker or a real grill to slow cook it. I have a propane grill and your basic hamburger charcoal grill(not an Ole Smokey)
So I am pretty limited to either of those, oven, or crock pot. I have read the cooking threads on TBH but didn't really see something I could do.
Any thoughts?
