Elite Z-28

I shoot a SB XT and think it may be the best bow Mathews ever made. Not the fastest bow out there but has everything else.
Now y'all have me wanting to try the Z-28... Momma ain't happy right now!!

Here are a few updated photos - new Ruger gray laminate grip from Bob at Git-A-Grip and added a Limbdriver with the full containment arm - I sure love that rest! I was hoping they were going to put the Cuda cams on the Z-28! It is hell being draw length challenged.

I've got the Z28, and I absolutely love it. It is fast, quiet, and dead in the hand. I would suggest shooting one. I shot the GT500 first(and it was sweet). The shop I went to did not have a Z28 in stock. I like the shorter A to A and greater Brace Height. The bow is quiet off the shelf, but a lot of Elite shooters will take the Bowjax (Standard) off the limbs and replace them with limbsavers.....made a noticeable difference to me. I would definately recommend the Z28, I've only taken one deer with it. It happened to be my first buck with a bow and its the one in my avatar. I shot the Elites and the Mathews Drenalin an DXT together, and went with the Elite. Just my opinion (heck my last name is Matthews and I went with Elite). GOOD LUCK!
