Sat until 11 and had only see a deer, a coon, and a 'dillo so went for a walk toward the trap and the muddy tank they enjoy so much. Got about 150 yds south and scanned and picked up 4 moving around erratically. Walked on towards them closing the distance to about 75 yds intending to get to a tree for a rest and take a shot. The group split and two of them went into the brush over the hill. The other two started moving towards the trap/tank and eventually went into the trap. I sneaked up to about 40 yds away, got a rest on a big post oak and when I could see the hog's ear hole thru the square opening in the trap, I touched it off. The other one bailed out and I couldn't get a decent shot so just watched him run off.

This sow weighed 80 lbs or so I'm guessing.
