    Is CPAP worth loosing the beard?

    Started CPAP a week ago and have tried two different masks with no success getting a good seal with either.

    I'm not yet convinced it is doing any good for me yet... so...

    Should I loose the beard I've been growing for years or make the best of it with a leaky mask?

            Start by trimming it. Short beard better than no beard.

                      The Nasal pillow works for me and never an issue with beard or mustache. If you have not tried give it a go. I have not used a mask in I don't know when.

                        You should be able to buy whatever mask/attachment that connects to the hose. They aren't that expensive.
