Saw a bunch of tilapia today. I threw a bunch of flies at them but they don’t seem to eat. Does anyone know if tilapia will eat a fly when they’re in shallow water on their beds?

I’ve tried this before with no luck but figured since they’re all bedded up they might attack something.
