    Iraan to San Saba

If you hunt between these two cities, turn your feeders back on. The deer are lined up all along the road.

lol yes they are. I hit one last year because someone lost a bag of corn on 190 between Eldorado and Menard

As fearful as these critters are in the woods, the highway doesn’t phase them. Couldn’t tell you how many deer I saw bedded down on the side of the road.

You better not get in the way when my feeder goes off or you will get run over.

At least you were smart and didn't drive so you didn't have to worry about hitting one.

My son and I saw quite a few on the way back home on Sunday morning....around 3:30am. They were out between Llano and Austin. I will say this.......I actually had to turn my feeders back down to two seconds per feeding. The deer and hogs were hardly visiting the feeders. The ranch I hunt on is very green still. There are still edible acorns on the ground. Hogs have been rooting up under oak trees still. My son stalked for hogs on three hunts. That was the only time we saw hogs. Sat at feeders.....nothing. I was very surprised.

Animals not hitting feeders much at all in San Saba. Sat in stands last few evenings. Deer just feeding through on green, maybe pick up a kernel or 2. Had my feeders at 1 second since oct.
