        My wife could write this a whole lot better than me as she is the on educated on the matter. We/she owns a well spa in Austin offering both massages and infrared saunas.

        There is a huge difference in a wet and dry sauna including the temperature. Apparently the best is the infrared type. She really has to explain to people the benefits if they are used to the sauna at the gym.

        Also check out the solopad if you are tight on space. We have one at the house and it’s awesome.
