Recently, my wife and I started making a point to get experiences as gifts for our son, rather than stuff. For his 13th birthday this year, we booked this trip, and got to go last night. It was AWESOME. We went with Captain Corder with Hook South, our of Galveston. The conditions were terrible (constant 15mph wind), but he still managed to put us on limits. We all had a blast, but I think Kristen and James had the most fun just gigging crabs.
