New Event Address Reminder....

I have reserved the same meeting room we had years ago at the Best Western Hotel Austin Colony Park. (I have also reserved that room for Saturday night after the event.)
-Name tags
Please make your first stop at the Name Tag table. Even though, and unfortunately, Bob can't make it this time...he has put forth the effort to make sure we had name tags once again this year. THE most important team at Nanza for sure!!! I hope you all will let him know how much you appreciate his efforts.
- Merchandise....I usually try to be set up around 9.
Once I arrive, it will take me about 20-30 minutes to get everything set and in order. After that, please come by, pick up pre-orders and shop away! It is most appreciated if you will come get your shopping done before noon. (Pretty Please).
I will have ALL other TexasBowhunter.com Merchandise with me. If you are wanting to save the shipping costs, now is the time to purchase. All prices given will include tax.
-Necessities for Teams....
-No glass containers.
-Dogs....we ask that you do not bring your dogs. Dogs can be unpredictable in crowds and we usually have lots of kids there. We don't want anyone to get bit.
