Allen Samuels Dodge in Waco had a spare and got the theftproof devils off my wife’s 3500 Dodge. Threw them away and put standard lugnuts on.

I welded a lugnut to the end of the lock and used a 4 way.

Discount tire will NOT have a key to fit yours. They are all different. I lost mine but had the key info in my glove box. I called the Manufacturer and they sent me a key, for $8. Grind flat spots on 6 sides and get a socket that will fit. Take them off, throw them away, put regular lug nuts on then take pictures of the rims so you can give them to the police when they get stolen off of your truck.

When you do get them off, throw them in the trash. My wife got put in a bind in Houston over them. My local ford dealer didn’t put the key back in the glove compartment after servicing my truck. Wife was in Houston and had a very low tire. Pulled into discount tire and they couldn’t get the tires off without the key

That rocket socket is basically an external eaze-out, we have them at work but not called that. I would get one of them in fact I think I will order one just to have.

Local dealer, discount tire, wherever you got them installed should have a master set to remove them. Or hammer a socket over the top of it and take it off. Once off put them safely in the garbage can.

best of luck in your search i would see if you can figure out the make of the lock to try and get a replacement. i only went to locking lug nuts after my divorce and my exwife loved to play mess with the ex husbands new car.... had a few instances where discount or a shop forgot to give it back. luckily i have always remembered to ask but im sure the first time i forget will sssssssssssuuuuuuuuuuuuucccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkk!

I taken several off with a chisel. You just have to be careful not to slip and mess up the rim.

                        Thanks for all the suggestions.
For the record, I will definitely throw them away when removed - I never wanted them in the first place. They were sort of a 'dealer add-on' at the last minute on an internet purchase.
Flat tire is being replaced at Discount right now. They do NOT have a key for my lugs. They suggested a dealership, one of which is less than 1/4 mile from my work. But that dealership (Meador, in Fort Worth) would have to improve their service department to become terrible.
I can't mess with it until tomorrow evening at which time I will try: First - socket hammered on; then - grind flat edges.

Discount Tire should be able to get them off. I had this exact issue and Discount just needed my permission/approval to do so.

I had that junk taken off the day I bought my truck. I traded the locking lugs and wrench for 5 free oil changes and tire rotations.
