I locked in a few weeks ago for 3.35% was at 4.85%. Spent a few years cleaning up some credit issues. Looking forward to the $650 a month savings .

My wife is Branch manager with Great American Title here in Houston and she said the rates are outstanding, business booming. She did say unless you can lower by 2% it may not be worth it.

I got 3.875 around 11 years ago. Don’t think I’ll refinance with only 4 years to go unless it drops to 2%.
