      Without predator guards your just feeding the snakes, coons, squirrels and assorted other vermin.

          I just found a box of my original T Post Camera Mounts while cleaning this week. They make great mounts for wood duck boxes. Shoot me a PM and I'll hook you up.

            Trees might be a little more difficult than posts but look up Tanglefoot.

            Its an extremely sticky insect barrier that lasts many years. TPWD did a trial with it and had very good results at predator prevention for wood duck boxes. I put it out on a couple of mine.

              Predator guards are a must!!!!

                Good deal, I’ll check into this. I already have lots of wood ducks around but just wanted to make it more inviting....

                  Be sure to not put the boxes within sight of each other as it increases the chance of brood parasitism.
