I tried the thumb release .. it just wasn't for me.. I've shot a scott shark for years.. just picked up a scott little bitty goose on ebay.. I like being able to shorten the strap on the goose.

Spot Hogg Wise Guy for hunting and Spot Hogg Whipper Snapper for 3D. Borrowed a buddies 2 finger hinge a while back and it scared the hell out of me at first, but after a while I really started to like it. May have to give this one a whirl.

Cobra wrist and a Tru ball thumb release.
When I’m concentrating, I’m really good with the Tru ball. But my consistency varies too easily with the Tru ball, so I just stick with my forgiving cobra wrist release.
