Sheep pig??

Not sure if my legs being pulled or not, but a buddy of mine sent me a picture of a sheep pig. Don’t use Tapacrap so posting pictures from my phone is not going to work. Google mangalista or sheep pig.
Am I being too cautious here or is this legit?
